Woraissara is an Associate at MSC Law with experience in advising clients on corporate law, private international law, civil procedure, legal research, foreign direct investment (FDI), Board of Investment (BOI) service, visa and work permit, patents registration and corporate registration.

Previously, Woraissara was a Research Assistant in the drafting of Thailand’s Human Rights Due Diligence Law. She obtained an LL.B. degree from Thammasat University.
