MSC advised CV – Debentures 1/2022

MSC International Law Office acts as a legal counsel of Clover Power Public Company Limited (CV) (the ′Issuer′) for its issuance and offering for sale of debentures. The deal is valued at THB 500 million (approximately USD 14 million). CV is one of the leading and well-established energy companies in Thailand whose major businesses include the generation of renewable energy power and provision of services in relation to Engineering Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) for power plants and general construction. The issuance of debentures is set to be on 21 July 2022.
