9 October 2025 — MSC International Law Office had the pleasure of collaborating with Thammasat Business School (TBS) to host a special seminar on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) for BBA students.

The session received an excellent response from students, with great participation and engagement throughout the lecture. The event offered valuable insights into the mechanisms behind business growth through M&A — combining academic concepts with real-world legal perspectives.
