MSC International Law Office acts as a legal counsel to Pueantae Capital Company Limited in its issuance and offering for sale of debentures 2/2566. The deal is valued at THB 150 million (approximately USD 4.206 million). Asset Pro Management Company Limited acts as a financial advisor. DAOL Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited acts as an underwriter and as a debenture holders′ representative. Globlex Securities Company Limited acts as a co-underwriter. Pueantae Capital Company Limited is a holding company which holds 100% shares in its affiliated companies operating business in PICO finance. The issuance of debentures 2/2566 is set on 27 October 2566.
