MSC Advised "SINO"
MSC International Law Office serves as a legal counsel of Sino Logistics Corporation Public Company Limited (“SINO”) for the Joint Venture Transaction in Malaysia. The Transaction includes the formation of a new Join Venture Company in Malaysia, Sino Worldwide Logistics Sdn. Bhd., as well as preparation of Joint Venture Agreement for the investment in the new Join Venture Company. The new Join Venture Company has a registered capital of MYR 900,000, which consists of 900,000 shares with a par value of MYR 1.00. The Transaction is valued at MYR 900,000 (approximately USD 189,843).
SINO is a public limited company and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand that specializes in international freight forwarding, both air freight and sea freight, and the multimodal transport, as well as warehousing, road freight forwarding, customs clearance, and other services to support its integrated logistics services in Thailand.
