MSC advised DHOUSE – Debentures 1/2022

MSC International Law Office acts as a legal counsel of DHouse Pattana Public Company Limited (DHouse) (the ′Issuer′) for its issuance and offering for sale of debentures. The deal is valued at THB 120 million (approximately USD 3.3 million). DHouse is a leading property developer in Maha Sarakham Province. The issuance of debentures is set to be on 18 August 2022.
