MSC advised PRAPAT

MSC acts as a legal counsel to Peerapat Technology Public Company Limited (PRAPAT), for the legal due diligence and the initial public offering of its shares domestically, and the subsequent listing of such shares the Market for Alternative Investment (mai). The total size of offering is THB 150 million (approximately USD 4.15 million).

PRAPAT is manufacturer and distributor of cleaning solutions and disinfectants under the brand “PEERAPAT”, importer and distributor of machines and equipment used in the hospitality industry, and lessor and a service provider for relating products.
