MSC Advised ''Puentae Capital''
MSC International Law Office acts as a legal counsel to Pueantae Capital Company Limited in its issuance and offering for sale of debentures. The deal is valued at THB 100 million (approximately USD 2.950 million). Asset Pro Management Company Limited acts as a financial advisor. DAOL Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited acts as an underwriter and as a debentures′ representative. Pueantae Capital Company Limited is a holding company which holds 100% shares in its affiliated companies operating business in PICO finance. The issuance of debentures was set on 12 May 2023.
