Varisa is Associate at MSC Law. She has over 9 years of experience in assisting Thai and multinational companies with various corporate and commercial matters, including advising and representing on a number of transactions involving strategic mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions and assist foreign investors in foreign business investments in Thailand in a variety of industries covering real estate, manufacturing, media and technology. Advising clients on preparing for initial public offerings (IPOs) and issuance of securities.

Previously, Varisa was an associate at Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners Limited and she was associate at Hunton Andrews Kurth (Thailand) Limited. She obtained an LL.B. degree from Chulalongkorn University and Extraordinary Member of the Thai Bar Association.
