Nutchaya is Associate at MSC Law. She has several years of experience working in advising companies on corporate approval and corporate registration, government regulations and contract and legal documents preparation.

Her work has assisted a company in Petroleum, Energy and Mining Industry and a company in consumer product industry.

Previously, Nutchaya was an in-house legal officer in reputable companies. She obtained an LL.B. degree from Chiang Mai University (1^st class honors), and Attorney-at-law License, Lawyers Council of Thailand and also, she received the Company Secretary Program (CSP) class127/2022 from Thai Institution of Directors (IOD).
