She possesses extensive expertise across various industries, including consumer products, construction, energy, financial services, and technology services.

Previously, Nutchaya was an in-house legal officer for reputable companies in the energy industry.

She obtained an LL.B. degree from Chiang Mai University (1st class honors), and Attorney-at-law License, Lawyers Council of Thailand and also, she received the Company Secretary Program (CSP) class127/2022 from Thai Institution of Directors (IOD).
