MSC International Law Office acts as a legal counsel of Bangkok Asset Intergroup Public Company Limited (“BKA”) for the legal due diligence and the initial public offering of its shares domestically, and the subsequent listing of such shares on the market for alternative investment (mai). On its first-trading day, the market price of BKA’s shares peaked at THB 2.70 per share, increased THB 0.9 per share or 50% from its IPO at THB 1.80 per share. The total transaction is worth THB 378 million, which is approximately USD 11.39 million.
