MSC advised PRIMO

MSC International Law Office acts as a legal counsel of Primo Service Solutions Public Company Limited (PRI) for the offering and the listing of its shares (IPO) on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai). The value of the deal is up to THB 1,200 Million (approximately USD 36 Million). Asia Plus Securities Company Limited acts as a financial advisor and an underwriter. PRI provides the one-stop services ranging from the real estate management, the real estate agency, the interior design to the cleaning services. Trading of the IPO commenced on 30 November 2022.
