MSC advised RT – Debentures

MSC International Law Office acts as a legal counsel to Right Tunnelling Public Company Limited (RT) (the ‘Issuer’) in its issuance and offering for sale of debentures. The deal is valued at THB 700 million (approximately USD 20.37 million). Asset Pro Management Company Limited acts as a financial advisor. CGS-CIMB Securities (Thailand) Company Limited, Maybank Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Capital Nomura Securities Public Company Limited, Krungthai XSpring Securities Company Limited and DAOL Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited act as underwriters. Asia Plus Securities Company Limited acts as a debenture holders’ representative. RT is one of leading and well-established engineering and technical companies in Thailand of which major businesses cover the construction of geotechnical works, the general civil works and dam construction, the open rock and underground rock excavation as well as the structural concrete works. The issuance of debentures is set to be on 24 February 2023.
