MSC advised RT (Debentures 1/2022)

MSC acts as a legal counsel to Right Tunnelling Public Company Limited (RT), the ′Issuer′) in its issuance and offering for sale of debentures no. 1/2022. The deal is valued at THB 1,000 million (approximately USD 28 million). 

RT is one of leading and well-established engineering and technical companies in Thailand of which major businesses cover the construction of geotechnical works, the general civil works and dam construction, the open rock and underground rock excavation as well as the structural concrete works. The issuance of debentures will be on 11 August 2022.
