Atis is Associate at MSC Law. He has several years on capital markets and securities, corporate governance, board advisory and mergers & acquisitions in the power, corporate, infrastructure real estate and telecommunications sectors.

Previously, Atis was a HR Manager and Legal Consultant at Shd Technology Company Limited, He obtained an LL.B. degree from Assumption University (3rd class honors), an LL.M. degree (International Financial Law) from King’s College London and the Barrister-at-Law of the institute of Legal Education from Thai Bar Association.
