Nattaya Tantirangsi
Senior Associate
Nattaya is Senior Associate at MSC Law. She has over 10 years of experience in advising clients on Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity and Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Governance, Corporate and Commercial, Real Estate Investment Trust (REITs) and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Previously, Nattaya was an associate in the corporate and commercial practice group at the Siam Premier International Law Office, she was an associate in the Capital Market/Corporate Governance practice groups at Weerawong, Chinnavat and Partners Ltd., and she was a senior associate in Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity and Debt Capital Markets, and PDPA practice group at Kudun and Partners Limited.
Nattaya obtained an LL.B. degree from Chulalongkorn University (1st class honor) and an LL.M. degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Also, she is a member of Thai Institution of Directors (IOD) and received Director Accreditation Program (DAP) 190/2022, the Company Secretary Program, Company Reporting Program and Board Reporting Program.
Nattaya has passed the Financial Advisor (FA) Training Course hosted by the Investment Banking Club and the Association of Thai Securities Companies.
