Chawit is a Junior Associate at MSC Law. He focuses on capital markets and securities, corporate governance, board advisory and mergers & acquisitions in the power, corporate, infrastructure real estate and telecommunications sectors.

He obtained an LL.B. degree from Chulalongkorn University (First Class Honors), Thai Barrister at Law from Thai Bar Association and Attorney-At-Law License.
